Quilt project

This week Great-Grandma Fredman came to stay with us. This was our project - a bright throw for our living room. She did most of the stitching of the binding and I finished that today during Oliver's long morning nap. I learned that quilting takes a lot of patient measuring, and this was an easy pattern!

That is a very bright and pretty fall wall hanging. I admire quilters. I don't think I have the patience for the precise cutting and sewing. I really enjoy looking at the workmanship of quilters.

Thanks Loann - but I know the detail work you tackle everyday. You are incredibly precise!
